Ana Oštir is a senior associate who advises clients in the areas of commercial, labour and migration law. Her work mainly involves advising domestic and foreign clients on employment relations, but she also assists in representing clients in disputes before courts and other state authorities. She focuses on anti-discrimination law, human rights and sustainability reporting, whistleblower protection and employment and labour of foreigners.
