Gregor Kovačič
Managing Associate
Gregor Kovačič is a managing associate and mediator. He is a member of the dispute resolution unit and has experience in representing clients in the most complex commercial disputes. He also works in the areas of law of obligations, corporate, property, civil, labour and consumer law. He specializes in construction law, public procurement and labour law. Gregor advises both clients and contractors in construction law, whether at the stage of drafting a construction contract or at the stage of implementation of construction projects, including representing clients in construction disputes. He also has experience in connection with the implementation of construction projects under FIDIC contracts.
