Iris is a partner and mediator. She specializes in human rights law and labour law. She leads the firm's labour and immigration department and a team that advises companies on the establishment and improvement of sustainable policies from an ESG perspective. She is responsible for acting in accordance with the ten principles of the UN Global Compact in the fields of human rights, labour standards, environment and transparency and anti-corruption, which she bears in mind in all her services and counselling with clients. Iris is also the primary contact person for all possible matters, which, depending on the circumstances of an individual matter, the firm would take up on a pro bono basis.
