Nina Bakovnik joined our firm in August 2018 and has since been engaged primarily in labour law. After finishing her studies in the United Kingdom, she specialised in European and international labour law, anti-discrimination law and private international law at the Universiteit van Amsterdam LL.M. programme. Before joining the firm, she worked as a legal advisor in the field of labour rights, precarious employment, anti-discrimination and employee participation.

Her work mainly involves advising foreign and domestic clients on regulation and management of employment relations. She also participates in due diligence projects in terms of employment issues, and deals with immigration law.
