Sara Ermenc
Associate
Sara Ermenc is an associate who joined Jadek & Pensa in June 2023 and is a member of the transaction unit. She advises clients primarily in the areas of corporate law and M&A procedures. She previously gained experience at a prominent Slovenian law firm and at the Ljubljana Higher Court. She participated in several legal competitions during her studies and received awards, including the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court where she competed in international investment arbitration law, and the Central and Eastern Europe Moot Competition with an emphasis on EU law.
