Financial law

Financial law is a rapidly evolving area, so it is important for a counsellor to carefully monitor its development. Extensive statutory and executive regulations of financial law are frequently too general for clients to be able to reach optimal decisions. Therefore, it is also very important for an attorney to be familar with those procedures of supervisory bodies, which can affect the clients' interests. The globalisation of financial services, the elimination of their cross-border limitations in the European Union, and subsequently increased interest in them, require the need to ascertain the capacity to perform these services or to enforce foreign contractual provisions within the Slovenian legal order.

Our Law Firm has been active in the field of financial law since our establishment.
