An experience attorney and mediator Iris Pensa provided the team with her expertise and practical experience. Moreover, in a role of a mediator, Iris and the team carried out a simulation of a commercial mediation. Attorney trainee Aljaž Cankar, who himself took part in the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition in the year of 2015, took over the role of the judge. In a good hour and a half long simulation of mediation, the mediator successfully brought the conflicted parties together with established mediation techniques. Therefore there can be no doubt for the future of mediation in Slovenia.
At the office we would like to thank Maja B., Tajda, Andrej, Maša, Maja Č. and Tina for the visit while also whishing them great success in the upcoming competition in Paris. We have no doubt that they will do a terrific job of representing the colors of Faculty of Law in Ljubljana.
