Ožbej Merc joins the partner team of Jadek & Pensa

Ožbej Merc graduated with honors in 2003 from the Ljubljana Faculty of law and obtained his LL.M. degree from Columbia University in the City of New York in 2005, finishing first in his class. After qualifying with the Slovenian Bar in 2007, he became an attorney candidate at Jadek & Pensa and an attorney in 2009. Ožbej Merc’s fields of expertise are corporate law, M&A, competition law, securities law, contracts and litigation.
