Training for supervisors

On 7 April 2022, attorney at law Dr Anja Strojin Štampar will give a lecture for the Slovenian Directors’ Association as part of the training for supervisors.

Topics of the lecture will be company law, the role and importance of supervisory boards, one-tier system of corporate governance, corporate governance codes and recommendations for best practices.
