The guide offers a comprehensive overview of the current patent law framework in Slovenia, with a particular focus on the country’s participation in the Unified Patent Court (UPC). It is intended for legal professionals, in-house counsel, patent holders, and international companies seeking to understand the legal environment for protecting and enforcing patents in Slovenia.
Key highlights of the Slovenia Patent Law guide include:
- Structure and operation of the UPC Local Division in Ljubljana, including details on presiding judges and procedural rules.
