{"id":8085,"date":"2022-05-06T06:47:03","date_gmt":"2022-05-06T06:47:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jadek-pensa.si\/?p=8085"},"modified":"2022-05-06T06:51:06","modified_gmt":"2022-05-06T06:51:06","slug":"the-arrival-of-an-international-legal-expert-in-the-area-of-investment-funds-and-financial-regulation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.jadek-pensa.si\/en\/the-arrival-of-an-international-legal-expert-in-the-area-of-investment-funds-and-financial-regulation\/","title":{"rendered":"The arrival of an international legal expert in the area of investment funds and financial regulation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bruno&#8217;s focus is on advising domestic and international fund sponsors on legal and regulatory aspects concerning the structuring, set-up, marketing and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds, both Slovene and Luxembourg ones (where he is a qualified lawyer \/ <em>Avocat \u00e0 la cour<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>On the investor side, Bruno acts for insurance companies, pension funds and other institutional investors in structuring and negotiating their investments in investment funds.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, his financial institutions regulatory practice centers on advising banks, investment firms, as well as FinTech players on Slovene, Luxembourg and EU licensing requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Bruno is a member of the Luxembourg bar and gained experience at esteemed international law firms Dentons and Arendt &amp; Medernach.
