Es scheint, diese Technologie k\u00f6nne in der Zukunft viele gesellschaftliche Verh\u00e4ltnisse reformieren. Im Folgenden werden die Hauptbaus\u00e4tze dieser Technologie bearbeitet, und zwar intelligente Vertr\u00e4ge, intelligente Ressourcen, dezentralisierte Anwendungen und dezentralisierte autonome Organisationen. Mit der neuen Technologie wird eine Reihe von rechtlichen Fragen aufgeworfen, wobei insbesondere auf die Fragen \u00fcber Rechtsordnung, Rechtsstatus dezentralisierter autonomen Organisationen, Rechtsnatur der Bitcoins, steuerliche Pflichten, Pflichten der Teilnehmer in dezentralisierten autonomen Organisationen und Auslegung der intelligenten Vertr\u00e4ge hingewiesen wird.
