Daniela Mozetič joined Jadek & Pensa as an Associate in September 2022 and is a member of the Transactional Practice. Prior to joining Jadek & Pensa, she gained experience in a larger Slovenian law firm and in one of the leading American law firms in London, where she focused on financial and capital markets transactions.
After completing her studies in Slovenia, Daniela obtained a LL.M. degree from the New York University School of Law, specializing in corporate law, and is registered as an attorney in the State of New York, USA, since 2019.
