Sara Anadolli is an associate in the Transaction Unit who initially joined Jadek & Pensa as a junior associate in September 2021 and rejoined in October 2023. She completed the international module of her Master's degree (cum laude) at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law and an Erasmus study exchange at the Humboldt Faculty of Law in Berlin. She gained her first work experience at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Berlin and in Vienna, followed by working at a larger law firm in Slovenia. In the academic year 2022/2023, she obtained the title MBL (Masters Of Business Law) in European and International Energy Law at the Technical University of Berlin and gained practical work experience as a law student at one of the "Big 4" energy companies and at a large German energy law firm. She advises clients primarily in the areas of energy and corporate law, M&A and restructurings.
