Sara Ermenc joined Jadek & Pensa as an Associate in June 2023 and is a member of the Transactional Practice. Prior to joining Jadek & Pensa, she gained experience as a trainee lawyer at a prominent Slovenian law firm, as a judicial trainee at the Ljubljana High Court, and as a trainee at several Slovenian and international law firms specializing in commercial law. After passing the State Bar Exam, she was a visiting researcher at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. During her studies, she coached, participated in, and excelled in various law competitions, including the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court in international investment arbitration law and the Central and Eastern Europe Moot Competition in EU Law, where she also received the individual speaker’s prize.
