Urša Horvat Kous
Managing Associate
Urša Horvat is a managing associate who advises clients in a wide range of legal fields, particularly in personal data protection law and intellectual property law. She has been working intensively on personal data protection law since 2018, and has advised clients on compliance, drafting internal documentation, dealing with supervisory authorities and responding to individuals' claims. In the area of intellectual property law, she focuses on the protection of trade marks and designs and related litigation, both before the competent authorities and courts. She has also been working more intensely in the energy sector since 2021, in particular on renewable energy sources.
