We were pleased to host students from the ELSA Ljubljana association, who visited us as part of their project aimed at exploring the work and structure of law firms.
During their visit, we presented to students the practice areas we focus on and te industries we serve, the career opportunities available at our firm, how our mentorship programme and rotation system between practice units work — both designed to help young lawyers gain practical experience across different legal fields and develop a clearer vision for their future careers. We also discussed the balance between work and personal life and how to manage stress in the legal profession.
Our colleagues Janja Zaplotnik, Žan Šporn Krajnc, Iza Senčar, Liza Kovač and Žiga Urankar introduced the firm and shared their perspectives on work, culture, and the opportunities available to young lawyers at our firm.
Students raised many interesting questions – from what a typical day in the life of a lawyer looks like, to how digitalisation is transforming the legal profession, which skills are key to success, and how to balance work and personal life.
The visit concluded with a relaxed discussion and a reception in our Konoba dining space, where we rounded off the day in a pleasant and informal atmosphere.
A big thank you to ELSA Ljubljana for the visit and your interest – we are glad to open our doors to future lawyers, offering a glimpse into the world of business law and our day-to-day practice.
