This year, we invited teams from the University of Ljubljana, University of Ljubljana Vis Moot Team, University of Maribor, and the University of Zagreb. All teams demonstrated an excellent level of understanding of the case and the law. They have also demonstrated their tenacity and commitment to representing their clients before a wide variety of arbitral panels.
A big thank you goes to our volunteer arbitrators, who have shared quite a varied set of questions and points of view with the participating teams. This year, the winner was the team from the University of Ljubljana (pictured below with big smiles after the win). After such a tight competition, we sincerely congratulate all the teams!
We are excited to follow the results of the participating teams in Vienna and Hong Kong and wish the teams all the best.
At Jadek & Pensa, we recognize the significance of the skills that law students develop in the course of their preparation for such competitions. Undoubtedly, the experiences gained from simulations of real procedures in competitions greatly enhance the quality of work in practice later. This is why we have no doubt that the Jadek & Pensa Pre-Moot will be back next year.
