The Patent Litigation Law Review, 5th Edition

The Jadek & Pensa Law Office was pleased to have once again contributed a chapter on Slovenia in The Patent Litigation Law Review, Edition 5, which was published in late 2021.

The publication presents the basic principles of the legislation and case law on patents, especially litigation procedures concerning patent infringement or invalidity, in 18 countries, including Germany, France, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The publication also contains a chapter on the basics of oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office. 17 law offices contributed chapters to the publication.
