The Patent Litigation Law Review, Third Edition

The Jadek & Pensa Law Office was pleased to have once again contributed a chapter on Slovenia in The Patent Litigation Law Review, Edition 3, which was published in late 2019.

The publication presents the basic principles of the legislation and case law on patents, especially litigation procedures concerning patent infringement or invalidity, in 24 countries, including Germany, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. The publication also contains chapters on the basics of oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office and on the Unified Patent Court. 25 law offices contributed chapters to the publication.
