We believe that such limitations will make it extremely difficult to provide the necessary evidence. For example, in the United States \u2014 a country where many foreigners applying for the EU Blue Card have worked \u2014 there is no comparable employment and social insurance record such as Slovenia\u2019s ZZZS insurance extract or ZPIZ record of pensionable service. In our experience, obtaining proof of inclusion in the U.S. social security system under the Social Security Agreement (so-called Certificate of Coverage) can take more than six months.
