The contributing editor is\u00a0Thomas Mellor of\u00a0Morgan, Lewis &amp; Bockius.<\/p>\n<p>The e-version of the guide has been distributed to more than 17,000\u00a0corporate officers and leading private practice lawyers across the globe and to the LSTA\u00a0(Loan Syndicated and Trading Association)\u00a0members, and hard copies of the guide will be available at several conferences organized by LSTA,\u00a0LMA (Loan Market Association) and\u00a0ABA (American Bar Association).<\/p>\n<p>The Slovenia chapter was co-authored by Andra\u017e Jadek, Partner and \u017diga Urankar, Junior Associate, with assistance by Domen Romih, Tax Adviser at Jadek &amp;
