Ana Bokalič joined our Law Office as an Associate in February 2022 and is a member of the Transaction Unit. Before that she gained experience at an eminent Slovenian law firm, where she worked mainly in the fields of commercial and corporate law, as well as actively participated in various due diligence reviews and M&A transactions. In addition, she has several experiences in the field of construction and real estate law, as she worked as a lawyer at a domestic corporation.
