Domen Turšič, LL.M.

Senior Associate

Domen Turšič is a senior associate at Jadek & Pensa and a member of its dispute resolution group. He advises and represents clients in complex commercial and investment arbitrations, as well as before domestic and international courts. He has extensive experience in the realisation of projects and the prevention and resolution of disputes arising from M&A transactions and the industrial, energy, technology and banking sectors. He is a specialist in public and private international law and is a lecturer at the University of Bonn. Prior to joining Jadek & Pensa, he was an associate and solicitor (England & Wales) at one of the global leading law firms in Frankfurt. He graduated from the University of Ljubljana and holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge.
