Jan Krajnik
Junior Associate
Jan Krajnik joined Jadek & Pensa Law Office as a Junior Associate in May 2026. During his studies, which he completed first in class, he participated in several research projects and gained his first professional experience at two larger law firms in Slovenia specializing in corporate and commercial law. He continued his career with internships at the Competition Division of the OECD in Paris and at the Directorate-General for Competition at the European Commission in Brussels. He is the co-author of an academic monograph in the field of criminal law and the author of a number of academic and professional articles in the fields of commercial, civil, and administrative law.
