Eva Štimec
Senior Associate
Eva Štimec joined Jadek & Pensa as a Senior Associate in October 2026 and is a member of the advisory unit. She advises clients primarily in the areas of competition law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and corporate law. Her work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, legal support in status and competition law projects, and consulting in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. In her work, she seeks legally sound and commercially efficient solutions, tailored to the needs and objectives of her clients.
